As the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation rapidly evolves, we want to remind you that Casa Chameleon’s highest priority has been and continues to be you – our guests, team members, and partners. Costa Rica declared a State of Emergency in response to the coronavirus pandemic and has now shut down its borders to all noncitizens. As a result, we have made the difficult – but correct – decision to close Casa Chameleon Hotels starting this Saturday, March 21st in accordance with and support of the decision made by the government.
We are now rescheduling current bookings without ANY penalty, and taking new reservations for stays May 20th and beyond. We’ve chosen this future date in an effort to give all of our guests ample time to revise travel plans.
We believe it’s important for us to remind ourselves to keep a positive outlook and care for those around us, especially in unprecedented times like these. Our company’s culture has been handcrafted around bringing people and communities together in a safe environment.
We look forward to keeping in touch, and we will be sending a weekly email to stay and feel connected with our tribe.
For now, please know we are here to answer any questions you may have.
With warmest regards,
Your friends at Casa Chameleon Hotels
