The Fine Print

The rate has to be available on the third-party website at the time of booking and does not apply to prepaid nonrefundable rates or rates found on bid-based websites like Priceline.com or Hotwire.com. The Best Rate Guarantee does not apply to rate disparities from fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates or rate differences due to rounding to the nearest dollar. The $25 dining credit is one per stay, per paid room. It must be used onsite during your stay. It has no cash value and cannot be used towards a future stay or anything else.

Additional Terms

Casa Chameleon Hotels reserves the right to amend, revise, suspend or discontinue the Lowest Price Guarantee at any time without notice; Any changes made to a reservation will void the Lowest Price Guarantee.
Casa Chameleon Hotels (“Casa”) guarantees that Casa branded websites, and hotel property direct* (“Casa Direct Channels”) will provide an equivalent or better bookable rate available to the public compared to a third party website** (“Lowest Price Guarantee”).

* Hotel property direct includes guests calling the hotel property directly to book their reservation, but does not include walk-ins.
**A “third party website” is a website that is not owned by Casa or a Casa Chameleon Hotel franchisee that (i) sells rooms directly to consumers, (ii) provides a confirmation of a completed reservation at the time of completion of such reservation, and (iii) that does not require membership or login. Search engines, such as Google and Kayak, are not third party websites
